STORE POLICY

PRODUCTS

  • Prices are in USD.
  • Items on PRE-ORDER have not yet entered production, and will take anywhere between 6-9 weeks to make. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
  • All orders are processed and handled by me. Please consider that delays may occur if store order load is high.
  • All sales are final, no refunds. 


SHIPPING

  • Domestic US shipping is offered for all products. Shipping times should range from 2-16 business days depending on your location.
  • All sticker-sized products shipped untracked via stamped mail to keep costs low. Larger items (ie. shirts, posters) shipped tracked.
  • Please double check for correct address spelling while at checkout. I am not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages if you do not provide the correct address.

REFUND POLICY
  • All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • I accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or damaged items. Please contact me via email within 7 days of recieving your defective item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed or still in its original packaging (if applicable).

What should I do if my order is lost or does not arrive?
Once packages have left my possession, I am no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If the provided tracking number with your order has not updated or your package has been marked 'delivered' and was not, please follow up with the shipping courier to file a missing package claim.

Do you ship internationally?
If I am not shipping to your country, but you're interested in ordering, please contact me via email to place an international order.

Will any sold out items be restocked if inventory runs out?
Certain products (especially apparel) may not always be restocked. Stickers and smaller items may be restocked, and will usually have a pre-order period for purchase.

I'm interested in arranging a Group Order, how can I do that?
If you're ordering internationally and are interested in placing a large, organized, group order, please let me know via contact form.

Do you collaborate with other shops?
If you run your own shop and are interested in a collaboration, please feel free to reach out via email.

Do you take commissions?
I am always open for commissions. As a multi-disciplinary designer, I'm available for a wide range of scopes and projects. If you're interested in a commission from me, please reach out to me via email to discuss comission info further.
